For 40+ years, I've created art and facilitated workshops, retreats, classes, trainings, support groups and programmes ("Dance Our Way Home", "DAILY DANCE", "RADICAL RADIANCE"), in Canada, The US, India and Thailand. I’ve also…
Authored, illustrated and self-published two books, “She Reflects: A Spiral Journey for the Feminine Soul” and “She Reflects Journal & Colouring Book”.
Hand-crafted and designed art, jewelry and accessories in Canada, the US, India and Vietnam - including a clothing line created in Bali for retail in my boutique in East Village, NYC and for wholesale internationally. Most recently, my art is beading, painting and designing logos.
DJed (and co-founded) “The Move”, an ecstatic dance community, plus dances in BC and festivals in the US. Presently, I DJ for "the Shake", an online morning dance, and create bespoke dance sets. My sets can be found on my website, Spotify and MixCloud.
Recorded “UNWIND”, a guided imagery MP3, and performed improvisational (solo and collaborative) dances in Bali, Toronto, Philadelphia and NYC.
Associate Produced the “Fantasy Worldwide Film Festival”, and art directed “Uproar Magazine” (for a hot-minute). Since 1973, I’ve travelled the globe (mostly solo), creating homes in Toronto, NYC, Philadelphia, Bali and Wales.
Presently, I hold a twice-weekly, online co-working space for makers, “Open Studio: Creativity in Community”, and created “Calling In the Muse”, an online Open Studio Exhibition & Salon (May 18 - July 13, 2020).
